TPS TodayTPS is a very active, JK to 8 elementary school, home to 350+ students and a staff of over 40 dedicated teachers and professionals. On a daily basis, young children of Thornhill and the surrounding community, enjoy learning in an environment deeply rooted in history, enriched with diversity, dedicated to learning and well "wired" to prepare them for today's high paced, technological world. The face of education has evolved other the past 160 years, but the original school "placard" disc from the small school house on Elizabeth Street, which greets all visitors through the front door, reminds us of where we came from and encourages our future generations to reach for the stars.
